EduBuild is an educational lesson-planning service that helps educators and parents create, adapt, save, and continue lesson plans. This Privacy Policy explains what information EduBuild processes, why it is used, and the choices available to users.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use EduBuild, we may process account information such as your email address and authentication details, class and lesson information you enter, lesson-generation preferences, feedback about taught lessons, usage and subscription information, and teaching materials that you choose to upload, such as images, PDF files, or Word documents.

EduBuild uses service providers to operate the application, including cloud hosting, authentication and database services, AI processing, and payment or app-store billing services where applicable. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.
Payments
When paid features are purchased through a supported payment provider or app store, payment information is handled by that provider. EduBuild may receive transaction, subscription, entitlement, or purchase-status information needed to activate and manage paid features. EduBuild does not need to store full payment-card details for app-store purchases.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide EduBuild, maintain user accounts and lesson continuity, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Uploaded teaching material and generated content may be retained when necessary to provide features requested by the user.
Data security

EduBuild is designed primarily as a tool for educators and parents. Users should not submit unnecessary personally identifiable information about children or students. Where EduBuild is used in an educational context, the responsible adult or organization should ensure that its use complies with applicable privacy and child-protection requirements.
